I am on the job market for full-time positions and focused on using my skills in strategy and process optimization. I am specifically interested in Sustainability Consulting, EEMS Project Management, and Business Development. I'm looking for opportunities that allow me to to use my diverse experiences to create measurable business impact.

Bio

Growing up in a small town in Ohio, I was shaped by my community and my family who taught me to be curious, compassionate, and creative. My school projects in FFA were where I first became passionate about sustainable energy and agriculture. Those experiences are what inspired me to dedicate my education to understanding successful sustainable businesses.

I left Ohio to attend the Pennsylvania State University where I learned complex sciences, business principles, foundational engineering, and all aspects of sustainability. Since moving to Pennsylvania I have enjoyed traveling as often as I can, picking up new hobbies, and exploring the outdoors.

Current Position

Rolling Rock Club

Intern (July - December 2025)

Rolling Rock Club, nicknamed the "outdoorsman's paradise", is a private club in Ligonier, PA that specializes in phenomenal outdoor sports and recreation experiences for its members. My position focuses on exploring the seven outdoor departments (Game, Fish, Clay Bird Shooting, Racquets, Aquatics, Fitness, and Golf).

While originally hired as a Sports and Recreation Intern my role quickly evolved, it is better described as a Process Optimization Intern or Business Operations Consulting Intern. The flexibility in my role allows me to better serve the club using my previous consulting and business operations work experience.

Using my fresh perspective and technical training I have identified areas where each department is excelling and areas where they are lacking. I spent three months observing and having hands-on experiences in the outdoor departments. I am currently creating a list of recommendations to improve member experience, reduce risk of environmental impact and revenue loss, and to enhance employee performance. The recommendations are supported by profit breakdowns, technical drawings, additional research references, and my previous experience in consulting.
