Cat Foster (2024-2025)
I grew up an avid animal lover and I have a special place in my heart for rescue cats after my own cat Smokey passed away in 2024.
I opened my studio apartment up to Centre County PAWS for cats who were ill, unaltered, or otherwise unable to yet be adopted.
During my time as a foster I welcomed 10 cats in my home. I look forward to become a foster again after I find a full-time job!

Member (2021-2023)
This student-run club at Penn State University Park Campus focused on bring students together with their community to make a positive impact through service. See myself and a group of students doing a down town trash clean up drive on the left.
Volunteer (2019-2021)
I started volunteering at my local humane society when I was 16 as a dog caretaker. Usually that meant taking the dogs on long walks or runs and reinforcing their obedience training. Sometimes it meant cleaning kennels, filling waters, and prepping enrichment activities. I had a soft spot for the block head breeds and mutts (pit bulls, rottweilers, mastiffs) who have the hardest time getting adopted despite often having sweet dispositions and great trainability.
Thinking of adding a new companion to your family? Check out your local shelters first! Adoption isn't right for everyone but it might be right for you!
